The main purpose was to discuss the strategy, tasks, and organizational details, engage in discussions on results and analysis, and make common decisions on important matters. Additionally, the aim was to establish a "fast-track" system for addressing any challenges that might arise during the project.
North Macedonia took the leading position in developing this output, which was realized with physical presence (IN LIVE). The first joint discussion of the project "Barista - a perfect connoisseur of coffee - Support to young Baristas from EU" was developed in close cooperation among all partners. These meetings were held to establish continuous monitoring of all project activities, enabling timely intervention in certain segments if the need arose. This was the main expected result of this activity.
The project utilized common tools/methods for monitoring, including:
Verbal Communication: Between project team members, using different communication channels.
Meetings: Meeting minutes were developed after each transnational meeting and ongoing Skype meetings during the project time. These were used for sharing information, clarifying, stimulating discussion, and seeking the best solutions for project performance.
Reports: Each partner organization sent a monthly Check Point Report to the Main Coordinator. Additionally, Mid-Term Reports and Final Reports were effective tools to monitor processes, providing information for management to assess project effects and impact.
In the preparation of this application, all partners decided to have three transnational meetings organized in three countries. This contributed to clearer communication for understanding the project, ensuring its optimal implementation, and fulfilling the project objectives and expectations.
