Turkey had the leading position in the development of this output, which was realized ONLINE. The mid-joint discussion of the project "Barista - a perfect connoisseur of coffee - Support to young Baristas from the EU" was developed in close cooperation among all partners.
The second transnational meeting was held in the middle of the project, following the mobility in Turkey and preceding the upcoming mobility in Slovenia and the Multiplier event in Turkey. Participants in this meeting included the Main Project Coordinator and Project Coordinators from each organization.
A one-day Coordination Meeting 2 in Turkey (in the middle of the project) - ONLINE covered the following topics:
Discussion of the current progress of the project in general (mobility in Turkey, upcoming Mobility in Slovenia, upcoming Multiplier event in Turkey). Approval of the mid-evaluation report. Fine-tuning of future activities in line with the project objectives, including any changes in the timetable. Quality assurance mechanisms and monitoring mechanisms for the project. Analysis of potentials and needs of the project using SWAT analysis. Update of the action plan for the rest of the project with clear deadlines and tasks for each partner organization. Transnational meetings served as a mechanism for constant control over the levels of project implementation, ensuring continuous and coordinated cooperation, and facilitating the sharing of positive and negative practices, ultimately leading to successful project implementation.
The overall evaluation and monitoring were in line with the project results. Furthermore, internal monitoring of the project focused on:
Monitoring of activities implemented. Budget spent. Process (gathering data through internal reporting). Continuous checking of the status quo of the project, potential deviations, adapted planning, etc. All of these measures contributed to fulfilling the objectives of the project.
