Target Groups

Fifteen individuals with limited skills, aged up to 29, from vulnerable categories (with fewer opportunities) - five candidates selected from each participating country. These candidates aim to acquire new qualifications as Baristas (specialists in coffee and coffee beverages).

Hospitality establishments including hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, coffee bars, and coffee maker companies actively seeking skilled personnel.

Educational institutions responsible for tourism education, such as high schools, universities, lifelong learning centers, and training centers, looking to enhance their curriculum by incorporating Barista qualifications.

Policy planning institutions in the tourism sector set to benefit, including Tourism Development Agencies, Ministries of Economy and Tourism, Municipalities, NGOs, and NTOs.
